HEAVY DUTY HARMONIC BALANCERS
ALL ROSS TUFFBOND PRODUCTS ARE
PREMIUM BONDED PRODUCTS.
When you buy a balancer from our Heavy Duty range it will have been through the same process as our top of the range pro-racer Street Performer Series. Because of its price, this product is for standard replacement and is exchange. The balancer has been totally stripped, cleaned and overhauled then bonded back together. after completion and before being boxed, the unit is balanced, painted, and oil seal area is treated with a preservative to prevent rust.

The unique TUFFBOND process used on every ROSS TUFFBOND harmonic balancer eliminates these common problems by creating an intermolecular bond between the special formula dampening rubber and the metal housing for improved vibration dampening and vastly improved service life, TUFFBOND is a similar process to that used by Mercedes and BMW in production of balancers and engine mounts.
