The unique TUFFBOND process used on every ROSS TUFFBOND harmonic balancer eliminates common problems by creating an intermolecular bond between the special formula dampening rubber and the metal housing for improved vibration dampening and vastly improved service life, TUFFBOND is a similar process to that used by Mercedes and BMW in the production of balancers and engine mounts.
